Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern the provision of residential cleaning services by Vontico ("Vontico Cleaning," "we," or "us") to you, the customer. By requesting a quote, scheduling a cleaning, or using this website, you agree to these terms. When you schedule a cleaning with us, our agreement to provide that service is subject to these terms.
2. Services
We provide residential cleaning services as described on our website and in your quote. The specific scope of each visit is based on the service type you select and any arrangements agreed with you in advance. We perform services with reasonable care, but some items and areas may have pre-existing conditions. To protect fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items, please secure or remove them before service.
3. Quotes and Estimates
A quote or estimate is an estimate only and is not a binding price until you accept it. Your final price is confirmed when you approve the quote or schedule service. Pricing is based on factors such as your home size, cleaning type, frequency, and condition, and may be adjusted if the actual scope differs materially from the quote.
4. Scheduling
We will schedule appointments with you at mutually convenient times. For recurring service, we establish a regular schedule based on the frequency you select (for example, weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Please contact us in advance if you need to reschedule so we can do our best to accommodate you.
5. Recurring Services and Automatic Billing
Recurring cleaning continues according to the service frequency we agree on until you cancel it. To make recurring service convenient, you may authorize Vontico Cleaning to securely retain a payment method through Stripe. Your saved payment method may be charged automatically for scheduled recurring visits, so you do not need to initiate each payment manually. A charge is generally scheduled approximately two (2) days before the appointment, subject to our payment system. Because these charges are made automatically using your saved payment method, they may be attempted without you being present online at the time of the charge.
6. Payment Authorization
When you authorize recurring service, you authorize Vontico Cleaning to charge your saved payment method for the agreed services. Charges are based on your applicable service price or approved quote. They occur automatically before scheduled recurring visits according to the billing schedule described above. You may cancel recurring service, or update your payment information, by contacting Vontico using the contact details below. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a payment cannot be processed, we may ask you to update your payment information, and service may be delayed or suspended until the matter is resolved.
7. Payment Failures and Retries
If a scheduled charge cannot be completed, we may retry the payment or contact you to update your payment method. No additional fees are charged for a failed payment unless separately agreed. If payment cannot be successfully processed, service may be delayed, suspended, or require payment resolution before it continues.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Any specific cancellation terms that may apply will be communicated to you before you book. There are no cancellation charges unless such charges are separately agreed and communicated to you in advance.
9. Access to Your Home
You are responsible for providing reasonable access to your home for scheduled cleanings. Please inform us in advance about existing damage, fragile or valuable items, and any pets. If we encounter hazardous or unsafe conditions, we may decline or stop service for your safety and ours.
10. Reporting Concerns and Damage
If you have a concern about your cleaning, or believe an item may have been damaged, please contact us promptly and no later than twenty-four (24) hours after the service so we can review it. We will investigate reasonable reports in good faith. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under applicable law, and all reported issues are reviewed on their merits.
11. Satisfaction and Service Concerns
We aim to provide consistent, professional service. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us promptly so we can review your concerns. Nothing in these terms creates a money-back guarantee or a specific re-cleaning promise unless we agree otherwise in writing.
12. Disclaimer
We perform cleaning services with reasonable care and skill. Because we work in occupied homes, results can be affected by factors outside our control. We are not responsible for loss or damage we could not reasonably prevent, and we encourage you to secure valuable items before service.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Electronic Acceptance and Changes
By using this website, requesting a quote, or accepting service, you agree to these terms as applicable. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Please review them periodically.
